The partnership is funded by a grant of over $6,000,000 from the Economic and Social Research Council, and the National Institute for Health Research, both based in the United Kingdom, with Nipissing University receiving over $600,000 of the total grant funding. -

ResearchDr. Kristen Ferguson, associate professor in the Schulich School of Education at Nipissing, is leading a research team investigating stress, mental health and leaves of absence among teachers. The work is part of a large research project, the first interdisciplinary and collaborative research to study workplace mental health in Canada. -
