Guidelines for Students who want to be Peer Tutors
We are always looking for knowledgeable tutors who have attained a course score of 75% or higher in the course they would like to tutor. Many tutors choose to tutor in several courses. As a paid tutor you can gain valuable teaching experience with a schedule you set based on your own availability.
The current wage rate for a tutor with this program is $16.55/hour.
Using the button below, you must thoroughly fill out an application - that includes an evaluation of your transcript for the courses in which you would like to tutor. Once your application has been accepted, you will be entered into a selection process. If selected, you will be notified and will need to complete asynchronous training modules and meet for a short, individualized training session. You will then be ready to tutor!
