Congratulations Graduates – Convocation is here

Convocation Graduate

The graduates are ready to celebrate.  The gowns and hoods and ironed and folded, the Surtees Centre is polished and the stage is set. Valedictory addresses are getting final tweaks. It’s convocation time.

Nipissing will hold four convocation ceremonies in North Bay, June 7 – 8. The convocation ceremony in Brantford took place on June 5.

There are 1,236 students eligible to graduate from Nipissing University this June, including 1,185 undergraduate students and 51 graduate students.  

The faculty of Applied and Professional Schools is graduating 261 students in the Thursday morning ceremony.  The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is graduating 286 students.  The faculty of Arts and Science is graduating 168 students. The Schulich School of Education is graduating 350 students in the Friday afternoon ceremony.  A total of 171 students graduated from Nipissing Brantford on June 5.
