Today, Nipissing University officially unveiled its new strategic plan during a launch event held on its North Bay campus. The plan, entitled “Pathways: Our Commitments to Water, Land, and People for the Next Seven Generations at Nipissing University”, is the culmination of an extensive engagement process with Nipissing’s campus and regional communities that began in Fall 2022.
Nipissing University invites members of the community to join in celebrating the official launch of its new strategic plan entitled, “Pathways: Our Commitments to Water, Land, and People for the Next Seven Generations at Nipissing University”, taking place on Tuesday, September 19 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Fedeli Room (F210) at Nipissing University (100 College Drive, North Bay, ON).
Nipissing University will present five outstanding leaders with honorary degrees, the University’s highest distinction, during its upcoming Convocation taking place June 13 to June 15 at the R.J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre.
The Nipissing University community is mourning the loss of leading philanthropist and education advocate, Dr. Helen Vari, whose tireless support of education and generous contributions to student success will be felt for generations to come at Nipissing University and at institutions across the country.
Nipissing University is embarking on a new strategic planning process that will lay the foundation for the future of the institution over the next five years and beyond. To guide the development of the new strategic plan, Nipissing is seeking input from its partners through various forms of engagement.
