About
Dr. Viktoriia Kovalchuk started her professional career in an insurance company, specializing in mortgage and loan insurance. At the same time, she was working on her research related to investments and resources management and teaching part-time. Later she became a full-time professor assistant at Donbass State Engineering Academy and started her PhD program. After obtaining her PhD she decided to study business law. It changed her path and brought her to the Khmelnytskyi University of Management Law. After successfully graduating from the law program, she taught business courses at KUML and became the Head of the Department “Student Business Center”. V. Kovalchuk developed the projects for the Regional Government (Khmelnytskyi Oblast) in Ukraine and became a representative of the Khmelnytskyi region in the Scientific and Technical Council of The State Agency of Ukraine for Tourism and Resorts.

In Canada, V. Kovalchuk graduated from Seneca and worked as a manager for several years before starting her teaching career at Northern College, Canadore College, and Nipissing University.
