Nathan Cadeau has an MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy from the University of Guelph. He has worked for a decade in various capacities for the government of Ontario and is currently a Program Advisor with the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services. He is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing operational policies, programs, and standards to support program administration and legislative changes in Correctional Services. He also provides strategic information and advice regarding contentious issues to senior officials within the Ministry.​
