The Chancellor’s Medal for Humanity is based on the core values of good citizenry which are: excellence, respect, and compassion.
The medal will be presented to a graduating student from any Nipissing degree program who has positively impacted the lives of others while demonstrating a dedication to scholarship and the service of humanity. The recipient must have demonstrated profound compassion toward their colleagues and fellow citizens from a diversity of communities and embody what it means to achieve success with empathy and kindness.
