Dr. Ryan delivering keynote

Congratulations to Dr. Thomas Ryan, who has been invited by the Provincial and Territorial Distance Education Association to be a keynote speaker at the Alberta Distance Learning Centre this October in Edmonton, Alberta.

Dr. Ryan will discuss his recently released online teaching text and articles in the International Review of Open and Distance Learning and The Journal of Technologies in Education. This opportunity complements his recent presentation in Sydney, Australia, titled The challenge of appraising online communications: Instructor values and valuation modes, which was published as a chapter by theOpen and Distance Learning Association of Australia.
