NU riding for Heart and Stroke Foundation – still time to give

The big bike is now full thanks to the NU community’s big heart.  If you missed out on a seat, but still want to help, you can make a donation.
Nipissing’s Office of Student Development and Services team spearheaded NU’s involvement in the Big Bike Ride in support of the Heart & Stroke Foundation. They’ve managed to fill a bicycle built for 30 to help heart disease and stroke survivors go home to the people they love. Each team member is required to fundraise a minimum of $50 to help give back to people who are touched by heart disease and stroke.  The 2km ride is scheduled for this Friday, May 29 at 2:30 p.m.

Last year over 70,000 riders, in over 200 communities from coast to coast helped raise over $8 million for research.
