NU celebrates scholarship

Nipissing University recently celebrated the achievements of faculty beyond the classroom with A Celebration of Scholarship, held March 7, 2014 in the main foyer.

Some 50 people attended the event, the first of a planned annual Celebration of Scholarship.

Faculty members’ publication were on display, featuring a wealth of knowledge as well as a remarkable breadth. Topics ranged from leveraging sponsorship and perceptions of the triple bottom line approach, to the global bauxite industry, 14th Century jousts and mate-poaching. 

A 28-page booklet listing all of the publications was produced.

Congratulations to all the faculty who participated and thank you for making a difference in the world through scholarship.
