Shinerama Gala supporting Cystic Fibrosis

Shine your dancing shoes and grab a knife and fork for dinner, dancing, and a night on the town, all in support of Shinerama and Cystic Fibrosis Canada.

The Nipissing University Student Union and the Canadore College Student’s Representative Council are pleased to invite you to the event of the summer: the Bring the Shine Back Shinerama Gala, taking place on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the Wall.

Executive chef, Stephen Bitonti, will be preparing a mouth-watering surf and turf gastro-experience featuring lobster bisque, seven leaf spring salad, a 12oz rib eye steak with four peppercorn au jus, bacon wrapped asparagus, roasted red pepper and cheddar mashed potato, and succulent grill-kissed marinated shrimp. But that’s not all! Finish off this fantastic feast with decadent crème brulee cheesecake.

The formal evening event also features live musical entertainment, guest speakers and a silent auction.

While a fantastic night out is worthwhile anytime, the best part of the Bring the Shine Back Shinerama Gala is that all proceeds will go to the annual Shinerama Campaign, raising money for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
