INDG 2007 Land-as-Home and Indigenous Wellbeing: The class also organized a fundraiser event and donation drive for Suswin Village, a transition residence for Indigenous men experiencing homelessness in the region. The event – a paint night fundraiser with local Anishinaabe artist Jules Armstrong as the facilitator – was held in person and online. We had people participating from across the province.
