National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women
In memory of the lives lost at École Polytechnique, the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women - commonly known as White Ribbon Day - will be observed with a series of events to honour victims and promote awareness of gender-based violence. Participants are encouraged to light luminaries in their offices on December 6 as a visible sign of solidarity with victims and survivors of gender-based violence.
Consent Belongs Here will be distributing luminaries and white ribbons in the NU Hallway on December 3 and 4 (11 AM - 1 PM) and again on December 6th, 9-12 PM.

These events are part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
