Official Communication Policy

Nipissing University policy for communications with students and applicants:

Nipissing University issues an email account to all students and applicants.  This account is accessed through the Nipissing University Portal which is password protected and requires a username to login.  It is the policy of Nipissing University to send students and applicants official communications to their email address and it is their responsibility  to check their email in a timely manner.  Failure to read University communications sent to the University email address in a timely manner does not absolve students and applicants from knowing, responding to, or complying with, the content of that communication.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO STUDENTS AND APPLICANTS:

We recommend that you do not forward your university email; you could miss important communications that may affect your University career.
