Job Description:
- Volunteer STEM Summer Gala Coordinator
- Location: Remote – Work from anywhere with an internet connection.
- Duration: 4 months – From planning to event completion.
- Hours per Week: Approximately 4 hours – Flexible, with virtual meetings and independent tasks.
- Program Prep Locations: University of Calgary, McMaster University, Simon Fraser University, University of Waterloo, University of Toronto
Desired Skills:
- Passion for celebrating student success and STEM education.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual tools email and Zoom.
