Frontline Secretary, School of Nursing
Full Time Support Staff
Reporting to the Program Manager, School of Nursing, with day-to-day guidance provided by the Associate Dean, School of Nursing, the Secretary is responsible for assisting members of the School of Nursing with the day-to-day operations and logistics of the school by providing a wide range of secretarial support. The Secretary acts as the primary point of contact for the department. The Secretary is responsible for scheduling staff meetings, individual meetings, and external meetings, tracking budget documents and requisitions, maintaining files and reference materials, and acts as a key resource for students, parents, and faculty members.
The successful candidate will have a two-year Office Administration diploma from a recognized college, combined with one to three years of relevant clerical experience.
