Dr. Prasad Ravi

His five major areas of expertise include Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, Supply Chain and Project Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Dr. Ravi is a great believer in using cases in classroom and has participated in case method training conducted by Harvard Business School.<p>Dr. Ravi’s research interest covers all five areas mentioned above. Dr. Ravi has published extensively, nearly 120 publications including Journals, book chapters, academic conference proceedings, case studies and articles in reputed business magazines. He also authored three books, two in the area of Cyber Crime and one in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He had presented papers in more than 30 International conferences in different parts of the world.
