Empowerment Tour

SDS and Human Resources are offering employees (Support & Administrative Staff, Faculty) an opportunity to participate in The Empowerment Tour. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your understanding of sexual violence and to learn about the resources and support available for survivors in our community.

Hop on our bus and visit local organizations offering trauma-informed and survivor-centered services in the community. You'll get a tour of the spaces, learn about their services, and receive valuable resources.

Departure: Nipissing University, Main Entrance

Tour Locations:

- North Bay Regional Health Centre - Sexual Assault Treatment Centre
- North Bay Police Services
- Victim Services of Nipissing District
- Amelia Rising Sexual Violence Support Centre

Limited spaces are available, on a first come first serve basis.
