Get waxed for cancer

Nipissing University student Amy Mikkelsen is hosting Wax for Cancer, a fundraising event for Northern Ontario families of Children with Cancer (NOFCC), March 28, in the Treehouse Lounge (A244) from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.Professional North Bay Esthetician ‘Travelling Toes Esthetics by Lea” is generously volunteering her time to wax participants for a greater good.
You can sign up yourself, male or female friends, a sports team or club, or even faculty and staff (really, anyone you think might need a wax),via facebook message here, or by simply showing up on the big day! It is important to communicate cancellations.
The costs of a wax is very low in comparison to regular costs at a salon, so take advantage of the opportunity. Donations are also welcome.

If anyone would like a small section waxed just for fun (ie one section on the leg), the cost will be $2.
A private waxing area will be set up for anyone who prefers privacy.
The NOFCC is a local, registered charity that raises funds for Northern families of children with cancer to offset the expensive costs of the treatment, traveling, and hotels. It is often costly for families within the north to travel long distances to the Southern urban centres in order to receive treatment.
