Lunch Unpacked: Community Conversations for Social Change 2

In this session of Community Conversations, we will expand our understanding of boundaries by discussing rejection. This is about respecting others' boundaries and how to handle a “no”.

We will work on our understanding of how rejection isn’t (usually) personal or limited to romantic relationships. We can experience rejection in all areas.

Come eat some comfort food with us while we work on increasing our confidence in navigating feelings of rejection safely.
