JOB SUMMARY 

As the Education Sales & Training Advisor, home-based in the North Bay or Parry Sound areas, you are expected to generate student registrations every week. You will be supporting the South and Southeastern areas. Travel is expected within the North Bay and Area territory, including but not limited to the following communities:  

Mattawa, Midland, Parry Sound, South River, and Sturgeon Falls. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES  
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate student registrations every week 
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their education journey 
  • Engage with the community, businesses, and agencies to generate student registrations every week 
  • Ensure recorded registrations meet all the requirements and are accurate 
  • Coordinate operations of the online learning centres 
  • Monitor trends in the communities you support and sharing best practices with the team 
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS  
  • A college or university credential in a relevant field 
  • 3-5 years of experience and developed skills in direct sales 
  • The role entails a focus on sales, with set performance targets. 
  • Sales experience is a must have. Need not have an education background. 
  • Emphasis on data entry proficiency, quick learning ability, and strong computer skills, including CRM proficiency. 
  • Essential qualities include being a people person with a positive personality and drive 
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written) is required.   
  • Proven ability to engage with businesses and community organizations 
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for travel within the area
