October Wellness Initiatives

Wellness Days

Human Resources is excited to introduce a weeklong wellness initiative for all staff and faculty that will focus on awareness around self-care and daily work-life balance through events, advocacy and engagement.

Seminars and activities will provide participants with techniques to strengthen their mental wellness, physical wellness, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, lifestyle wellness and financial wellness. Each aspect plays an essential role in a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Descriptions can be found below and you are encouraged to register for each session of interest as participation is on a first come, first served basis!

Any questions can be directed at wellness@nipissingu.ca. We look forward to seeing you there!
