IWRC

The Integrative Watershed Research Centre (IWRC) supports and leads watershed-related research, provides unique field and laboratory training opportunities affiliated with Nipissing’s MES/MESc graduate program, and develops new opportunities for interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research addressing environmental problems.

CICAS

The Centre for Interdisciplinary Collaboration in the Arts and Sciences (CICAS) was formed to cultivate collaborative research networks at Nipissing University and to serve as a strategic hub for innovation in the Northern Ontario region. The centre advocates the importance of trans-disciplinary research that spans disciplinary and institutional boundaries.

C-WAG

The Centre for the Study of War, Atrocity, and Genocide (C-WAG) focuses on the study and teaching of state-sponsored violence and its aftermath. It facilitates scholarly discussions, with the goal of engaging an international academic community, attracting promising undergraduate and graduate students and research, as well as developing relationships with the wider local, regional, and national, and international communities.
