Researchers intending to conduct research with Indigenous peoples/communities/institutions may first contact the Office of Indigenous Initiatives.
The Office of Indigenous Initiatives requests that researchers engaging with Indigenous peoples and communities:
- Initiate dialogue with the OII about the proposed research, including steps taken by the researcher to build relationships and their plans for engagement with Indigenous peoples and/or communities
