Important Information for Supporters and Students

Supporting is a Team Effort

SAS will be very involved with your new Laker as we help them gather their documentation and set up their Individual Accommodation Plans. We will also be directly involved in their ongoing support such as accessing testing accommodation, note-taking support, assistive technology, and alternate format learning materials – whatever is appropriate to their individual disability.

However, SAS also relies upon a team of student services professionals here at Nipissing to offer other resources and supports integral to student success. Please click on the links below to explore these resources further.
