Payroll Procedures

Full-time and Academic Staff

Full-time academic staff will be paid on the 20th day of each month. If the 20th should fall on a Saturday or Sunday, the payday shall be on the preceding Friday. If the 20th should be a statutory holiday, cheques will be issued on the 19th day of the month.

The following salary payment schedule for full-time and part-time faculty shall apply:

Equal monthly installments over the duration of the contract

Administration and Support Staff

Administration and Support Staff will be paid every second Thursday covering a two-week period from Monday to Friday.

Cheques will be deposited in the bank account of the employee. All employees will be on direct deposit.
